1.    USER IDENTITY

All information of the customer (seller and buyer) will remain private. For more information on data protection, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

2.    PAYMENT

2.1.  If a payment is not received or payment method is declined, the buyer forfeits the ownership of any items purchased. If no payment is received, no items will be shipped.

2.2.  Payment to the seller will be done within the last week of every month according to the number of books sold. Payment method will be decided by BookUp, usually by direct cash transfer to the bank account. 

3.    ITEM DELIVERY ARRANGEMENT

3.1.  Items will be delivered to the buyer once payment is received and confirmed by BookUp, through courier service of BookUp's choice.

3.2.  BookUp will not be responsible on any damages of items happened during the courier process.

4.    REFUND / RETURN POLICY

4.1.  Items purchased by the buyer is non-refundable.

4.2.  In any case the book owner/seller wish to have the books after sending/passing it to BookUp, the book owner/seller will need to bear the courier fee of the intended-return items.

4.3.  By agreeing to send books to BookUp, the book owner/seller understands that BookUp will keep and manage the book for a period of at least 6 months.  

4.4   BookUp reserves the right to reject an application for book submission.

5.    CANCELLATION

An item may be cancelled up until payment has been processed. Once payment has been processed, the buyer is responsible for payment.

6.    COMPLAINTS

Any complaints about the product (books) or service may be sent to our support team: mybookup@gmail.com. The team would assist in resolving any complaints. However, there is no guarantee of a resolution. Each case will be looked at individually and in contact with the person who complain.
